April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), and this year CARDV has partnered with local clothing stores re•volve, Lux + Lu, and ModPod to raise awareness.
Denim Day, observed in April, was created as a response to an ignorant sexual assault ruling, which stated that the victim’s “tight jeans” implied consent. Denim Day brings awareness to myths surrounding sexual assault and honors the survivors who have experienced this trauma. Join CARDV this Sexual Assault Awareness Month to raise awareness and support for survivors in our community!
