Wear Orange for Love Day

13 January 2017 | 9:03 am

Join us in promoting healthy relationships for all young people this February by wearing orange on February 13, 2018 as part of the annual #Orange4Love campaign for Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month!

Wear Orange 4 Love Day is on the second Tuesday of each February and was started by the National Youth Advisory Board from loveisrespect.org to raise awareness about teen dating abuse.

This year the day falls on February 13th (the day before Valentines Day), which seems especially fitting because TRUE love is kind, understanding, respectful, and most importantly - never abusive!

You can wear orange shirts, ties, ribbons, jewelry, shoes, or anything else you can think of.

Educate yourself about teen dating violence and tell people WHY you are wearing orange on February 13th.
